I also end up eating more than I should. Knowing that I have to stop at a certain time, I might end up eating too much. I’m more comfortable with eating small meals throughout the day.
Eating six small meals a day also means that you should be eating at regular intervals. So you also have to consider the time in which you have to eat these six small meals.
I eat six times a day…actually even more. The thing is I’m not doing it right because I eat almost anything. I don’t count the calories and I should. I’m keeping my fingers crossed on Bistromd. I really hope it helps me eat six small meals a day the right way.
