The hardest part to trim is the belly part. No matter what I do, the belly area remains the same. I just hate it! I can’t wear a tight shirt because the bulges are too obvious. I can’t hide the muffin top. I am nearing menopausal age but I am seriously exercising. It;s just that nothing is happening to my belly area. I guess it must be my diet.
Water is the best beverage, whether you’re dieting or not. I usually drink two glasses of water before meal time. It fills me up just right and I don’t overeat.
The belly fat is the hardest to lose, especially if it has already expanded. You would need to really get on a diet to melt it.
I was having a hard time losing a couple of pounds. I couldn’t understand why. I mean, I was exercising so much that my body ached badly afterwards. In spite of all the pain, I still wasn’t losing any weight. Then my doctor told me to watch my diet and I did. I got on Bistromd because I heard it was good. I figured, why not give it shot? I did give it a try and eventually found out that it wasn’t just good, it was effective. I started to lose weight. It really helped me deal with the physical pain that came with losing weight.
